In case that you receive a damaged/missing item from SAAR Handloom Producer Company Limited refer as SAAR Handloom, here is our policy on returns/replacement:
- Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with the product and washing tag without detaching it from the product.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives defective/damaged/missing item, you should email usa photo of the damaged product along with an unpackaging video of the packet from start to end, within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- The SAAR Handloom team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, you will have to arrange to courier the product back to our supplier/vendor’s, address, directly. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement. We will adjust/repay your courier services with the new products or through returned amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Once your return has been authorized, we’d be happy to process your refund/replacement. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your SAAR Handloom account within 48 working hours after receiving the product by courier from your end. However, if you’d like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

- No return or exchange would be entertained based on like or dislike by the customer. No return or exchange would be entertained for slight colour variation, which can be due to camera/photo effect.
All returns are subject to the discretion of SAAR Handloom.
